🍰 BUTTERY SMOOTH CHOCOLATE TART 🍰
One of my favourite quick fixes! ❤️
Tastes heavenly and is easy to make even if you have no experience in baking!
- Ingredients:
2oog Butter
200g Chocolate
(70% if you take less % I recommend reducing the amount of sugar you use)
250g Sugar
5 Eggs
2 Tbsp Flour
- Method:
- First slowly and gently melt the butter and chocolate together in a pot.
- While this happens heat up your ofen to around 170°C/338°F.
- When your butter and chocolate is melted, please set it aside to cool a little, otherwise it will be too hot and you will have some really weird scrambled eggs.
- Next simply whisk together your sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt - at this point you can also add some vanilla or tonka bean or some other kind of additional flavour!
- Now your butter mixture should have cooled down a little and you can add it to the sugar and eggs, whisk together slowly.
- Lastly add in your flour (no need to sift), you should have a gooey and kinda liquid batter.
- Please fill this batter in either a cake ring or tarte shell (my preference) that has been lined with baking paper.
- Bake for around 12-15 minutes or until set - it is fine if its still a bit jiggly in the center like pudding but it shouldn’t be liquid.
- Let cool, whisk up some whipped cream and enjoy!
Have fun and enjoy making it~
