🌟BREAKFAST-STAR BIRCHERMUESLI 🌟


To be honest, lately I heard some chatting on the internet that this kinda of breakfast isn't actually as healthy as is genrally believed due to the spike in bloodsugar oats give you and it doesnt keep you full as long as you'd think.

A savory breakfast containing mainly protein (eggs for example) is currently said to be healthier BUT I am no doctor or nutritionist and Birchermüsli is tasty and still something healthy, just maybe more as snack, so I think you should make it anyways sometimes!


Ingredients :

100g Yoghurt
100g Oatmeal
200ml Milk
25g Sugar
10g Hazelnuts, grated
10g Raisins or other dried fruit
10g Honey
1 Apple, grated
1 Orange, cut into pieces


Method :

I love to make this the night before, or even in a bigger quantity for the whole week! If you store it in the fridge it holds for a while and it gets better with time - like Chili!

  1. Mix it all together in a bowl or some kind of container you can store it in.
  2. Taste if it is sweet enough for you, if not, add more honey.
  3. Let it sit for a few hours or better, overnight so the oats soak up all the liquid and become soft.
  4. Enjoy eating!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy ~
It is really wuick to make and especially suitable for people who don’t have a lot of time in the morning but still want a nutricious breakfast.
